Paul Thomas (French, 30th November 1859 ~ 1910)
Thomas was a painter, pastellist and sculptor. Paul Thomas studied under Jules Lefebvre and Gustave Boulanger. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais in Paris, becoming a member in 1885. He received a bronze medal in 1892, a silver medal in 1893 and a silver in 1900 at the Exposition Universelle. He was made a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur in 1906.
